Intralot forms omni-channel focused strategic partnership with Amelco sports betting

Global lottery and gambling systems provider Intralot has formed a strategic partnership with sportsbook trading software supplier Amelco to develop a string of new omni-channel products.

The innovation-led partnership will see Athens-listed Intralot co-develop new omni-channel sports betting products/services utilising Amelco ATS platform modules.

Announcing the partnership, Intralot governance stated that the strategic partnership was needed in order to fulfil changing client demands within regulated lottery and sports betting markets.

Working side-by-side with UK-based Amelco, Intralot will seek to develop dynamic market leading omni-channel products and services. Intralot management, further detailed that ATS platform modules would be integrated within Intralot’s WLA-approved retail lottery solution to create a new solution.

Commenting on the joint-partnership with Amelco, Antonios Kerastaris, Intralot Group CEO, stated:  

“Intralot’s legacy as global sports-betting operations leader is widely enhanced by integrating Amelco’s innovative software functionalities.

“We are confident that the resulting pioneering product will quickly be recognised as the best-integrated retail and online betting platform available globally.”
