Fulham and Liverpool are two of the in-form teams in the Premiership at the moment. Fulham have seven match unbeaten run at the Cottage and at home they have a solid 8-6-3 26/16, and only six other clubs possess a better defensive home record. In last 7 home games they only conceeded 2 goals. Winger Damien Duff is injured and out for tonight's game.
In last six away games Liverpool have 3 wins, 2 loses and 1 draw which has slowed down their progress up the league. Their away record of 4-3-10 17/27 is unacceptable for most fans, but are now probably looking forward to next season with renewed hope after a dreadful start to this campaign. What is encouraging for Liverpool though is that they still function without influential leader Steven Gerrard and with the strike partnership of Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll showing promising signs, the Reds have scored in each of their last ten away matches.
