Ajax plays two practice matches this week. First, they’ll be in the Danish capital on Wednesday for a game against Brondby IF. Four days later, Ajax hosts the Argentinian Independiente in the Amsterdam Arena. The second match will be of special interest for Ajax fans, as it’s likely that Sigthórsson will make his home debut in the Arena.Ajax managed to win last season in Netherlands after a nice duel with PSV and Twente. This three teams are usualy on the top three position in Netherlands. Ajax is also preparing for the Super Cup game which will take place on the 30th of July against FC Twente - current Cup winners. In last 5 friendly games played this summer Ajax won 3 , lost one and draw one. It is interested to know that in all these game there were less than 3 goals scorred.
