Euroleague betting tips 12.02.2015

On Thursday, the 12th of February 2015, take place four matches from the seventh stage of the male Euroleague and in the following lines we will see what is worth betting on.

Nizhny vs Olympiakos - Bet365

Nizhny vs Olympiakos – Bet365

Our tip suggestions

Nizhny – Olympiakos > Olympiakos win, including overtime

The two teams are fighting for the first time and Nizhny hope to remain undefeated in the confrontations against the Greek teams. With two victories in the first six matches, the chances of the Russians to reach the quarterfinals are pretty high. They impressed in the first matches through the offensive game, being the team with the second points average scored per match in the F group, 82.2. Still, tonight they will have a difficult mission because they play against opponents who only permitted the opponents to score 68.5 points per match in Top 16. Olympiakos haven’t lost in this group only against Anadolu Efes and we see them capable of making a good match on CEC Nagorny. Their victory, including in overtime, has odds of 1.45, pretty good in our opinion.

Odds: 1.45
Stake: 10/10

Zalgiris Kaunas – Real Madrid > Real Madrid under 81.5 points

We now shift towards the three matches scheduled today in the Group E and the first one is the one on Zalgiris Arena. Real Madrid come in Lithuania as leaders of the group. The Spanish have lost the previous away matches, it is true that against a stronger opponent than today’s. The two teams have met twice in this edition of the Euroleague. Real Madrid won both duels, but without passing the 80 points limit, a limit we don’t think they will exceed today. Likewise, in this edition of Euroleague, none of the teams scored on Zalgiris Arena more than 79 points, but here had  Maccabi Tel Aviv a match. Real have eight away matches this current edition of Euroleague and in only three of them they scored more than 83 points. In Top 16 they closed two matches with 79 points, scoring 86 points in Tel Aviv, when they scored 31 points in the first quarter.

Odds: 1.83
Stake: 8/10

Maccabi Tel Aviv – Alba Berlin > Maccabi Tel Aviv over 83.5 points

The Israeli are looking to obtain their fifth victory (consecutive) in Top 16. After a hard start to the season, Maccabi they finally recovered in the last two stages, scoring in both over 90 points. At home they have consecutive victories and an average of almost 80 points scored. Today we think they will exceed this limit against an opponent they met in the first phases of the groups. Then Maccabi won with 84-66 the away match and 95-89 at Tel Aviv. The Germans received many points in the previous away match at Belgrad, where they lost with 69-86 and we don’t think they will manage to defeat today Pargo & co. We thus bet on a minimum 84 points scored by the hosts.

Odds: 1.83
Stake: 9/10

Barcelona – Galatasaray > Galatasay +13.5

On a high risk tip we need high odds and we propose the victory of Galatasaray. Here we offer a tip with higher chances of success, namely Galatasaray do not lose at more than 13 points. The two teams meet again after dueling in the previous edition in the quarterfinals. Then Barcelona won with the score of 3-0 the match from Blaugrana. This edition, in Top 16, Barcelona seem to be a team with many flaws, winning only half of the matches played, all on their own pitch. Last stage, Barcelona lost the great derby against Real Madrid (73:97). Galatasaray lost the previous visit in Spain, at Real, at 16 points margin. Now they play against an opponent who has fallen out of shape and we believe that Arroyo & co. won’t make a fool of themselves.

Odds: 1.90
Stake: 7/10
