In anticipation of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, which is set to be the biggest betting event of all time, Barcelona-based Mind-Future Sports will be giving punters the chance to experience the tournament on giant screens set up across Europe and in Moscow.
Having previously promoted clients at events such as the Brazil World Cup 2014, Summer and Winter Olympics, and the IAAF World Championships, Mind-Future believe this summer’s FIFA World Cup is set to eclipse them all.
Mind-Future European Director of Marketing, Jonathan Hemmings, outlined: ”Our giant LED 110m2 screens (think Piccadilly Circus and Times Square) will be in prime city locations in key customer markets – UK, Germany, Spain, Russia and Poland – for all 32 days of the World Cup.
“We’ll be giving our commercial partners and advertisers the opportunity to reach millions of potential customers via the screens and also our mobile marketing technology using Geolocation to target mobile phone users with specially-designed content including full-motion video.”
For the gaming industry, the screens provide a unique way to reach hundreds of thousands of betting fans every day, including punters that only bet on the significant events like the World Cup.
The group has announced that city locations for the giant screens will include Cumberland Gate at Hyde Park in London, Princes St in Edinburgh, St John St in Cardiff plus Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, Berlin, Warsaw and Moscow itself.
In addition to this, the group has also revealed that as a symbol of its appreciation, if any advertiser chooses Russia as one of its locations, it will proudly provide them with 5x VIP Guest Tickets for the World Cup Final in Moscow.
Having previously worked closely with Graham Martin, the Founder of Bonne Terre, licence holder for Sky Betting & Gaming, Hemmings brings gaming industry experience to the Mind-Future group.
